The Hamilton Italian Heritage Festival is excited to return for its 2nd annual celebration on June 20 & 21, 2026 on James Street North in downtown Hamilton.
The festival celebrates Italian culture, food, music, traditions, and community while highlighting the deep roots of the Italian community in Hamilton. Across the two-day street festival, guests can expect live entertainment, authentic Italian food vendors, local businesses, community organizations, cultural experiences, family activities, a bocce tournament, pasta eating contest hosted by Ontario Ravioli, and more.
What began as a community-driven idea has quickly grown into one of Hamilton’s most exciting cultural summer events, bringing thousands of visitors to the downtown core and transforming James Street North into an Italian street festival atmosphere for the weekend.
